How to book: Booking made easy.

We offer online consultations, to get started, fill out our online consultation form on our website.​

Once you‘ve requested an appointment on our booking app, our team will review and confirm your appointment within

24-48 hours of booking.

​

Appointments are available for booking via Vagaro: our booking app.

​

If available, we’ll accept walk-ins. To secure an appointment we recommend booking your appointment in advance.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. In the case of rescheduling, we will honor your deposit, however, you must reschedule/cancel with 24 hours' notice.

 

Your deposit is honored for (one) rescheduled appointment from the pre-existing appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment, a new deposit will be required for future appointments.

Day of your Appointment

We prioritize providing our clients with the best experience and service when visiting Hidden Gem. Please arrive on time and plan accordingly, as coloring services may take a while.

Realistic expectations are essential. We prioritize the health of your hair, and if necessary, your appointed stylist may recommend multiple sessions. Our team will provide you with a thorough consultation on the day of your appointment to ensure the services booked align with your ultimate hair goal.

Not the color you were looking for?

We offer a 3-day grace period for refinements.

After this grace period, we are not responsible for any color changes or refinements.

 

Please properly follow aftercare instructions as recommended by your appointed stylist to guarantee the best results.

 

We do not honor refunds/returns.

Late Policy | No-Shows | Cancellations

We encourage all clients to plan and arrive promptly to avoid service disruption and the overall flow of the salon.

Communication is important. Please let us know if you are running late or unable to make your appointment as we will do our best to accommodate you if possible.

We offer our clients a 15-minute grace period.

After 15 minutes, there may be a reduction in the original services being provided or a possibility of cancellation.

 

Exceeding more than 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time will result we will apply a late fee of $25 to your total as an inconvenience fee.

 

Cancellations without notice prevent us from tending to clients on our waitlist who are available or may overlap another client's scheduled time. You may reschedule once all inconvenience fees are fulfilled.

Salon Etiquette

Due to limited seating in our waiting area, we kindly ask you not to bring additional guests except for minors who are receiving service and are accompanied by an adult.

We take pride in providing quality products tailored to each hair type for all gems. We kindly prohibit the use of any products not provided by Hidden Gem Beauty Bar for any service unless medically prescribed.

 

We prioritize customer service and respect within our salon at all times. Please be respectful to our staff, stylists, surrounding clients, and salon. Feel free to enjoy drinks or snacks while getting service but, it is important that you are mindful when doing so.
